You will utilize free weights, plyometric, ropes, and bands to push your body to a new level of physical achievement. At times you may even be forced outdoors to focus on sprint techniques to expand your muscles burst capabilities.

In most cases we start with an initial assessment of where you are physically and mentally, document your state, and develop an improvement plan that will ensure you achieve your fitness goals. Once you commit to our program, our trainers are here to push you well beyond your perceived limitations. In a short period, you will lose weight, gain strength, increase speed and endurance, while having fun as you change your life.

This training will leverage the following:

  • Weight Lifting, pressing, and pushing
  • Fitness resistance bands
  • Support bands to ensure you hit the maximum repetition counts while exercising
  • Leveraging your own body weight with different movements to create resistance
  • Highly individualized workout plan
