V3 Cardio Kickboxing
V3 Cardio Kickboxing (V3 CKB) will take one’s overall health and fitness to new and improved levels utilizing a foundation of martial arts and a High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) model. The V3 CKB program does not follow a typical “kickboxing routine”.
